バイオリンの製作 その.2 テールピース

今年の秋から始めるつもりのバイオリンの製作は、やっぱり早く作りたくて始めることにしました。Ｅ線のアジャスターは出来たので今回はテールピースの製作です。バイオリン製作の教本などではテールピースは既製品を使うことになっていますがあえて挑戦してみます。縞黒檀の硬い木を使って作ることにしました。今日は外形だけは出来ました。まだ弦を入れる穴や弦を支える山形の形状は未加工です。エンドピンへの接続のケーブルの穴もこれから加工です。木が硬いので加工はとても大変です。

I think I will make a Violin from this Autumn season but I want to start to make one now.So I started to meke a tail piece. I used ebony but this is a very hard tree therefore it is very hard for me to make the shape of the tail piece. I didn't finishe to make the holes of strings and edge for the strings yet. i must make holes to install cabel for end pin.

小手はじめ 「 A Trial Start to make a Violin」

秋になってからバイオリンを製作する予定です。８月にはアマチュア無線のイベントがあるのでそれが終ってから始めます。今日はちょっと小手はじめにバイオリンのＥ線（一番高い音）の調律用のアジャスターを作ってみました。出来るだけ既製品は使わずに製作するためです。これはとても小さいので製作は大変です。最大の部分でもたった27ｍｍです。

I will start to make a Violin from this autumn season after the Ham Radio event finished. Today I tried to make a very small adjuster for E string of the Violin. I was a very hard work for me because it is very small only 27mm of the longest. side.

バイオリンを作ってみたいなー（I want to make Violins)

昨日の土曜日に池袋で手作りバイオリンの展示会があり見に行ってきました。手作りのチェロも含めて数十台が展示されていてどれも素晴らしい出来栄えでした。８人の人の作ったバイオリンをプロのバイオリニストが試奏しましたが私にはそれぞれの差は解りませんでした。私はバイオリンを弾くことはできないし作るのは色々なノウハウがあって難しそうですが挑戦してみたいなーと思いました。

Yesterday May 18th I went to Ikebukuro to see an exhibition of handcrafted Violins including Cellos. Those exhibited Violins and Cellos were very beautifully made. A professional violinist played 8 persons violins but I couldn't distinguish the differences between those 8 Violins.　I can't fiddle the violin and I think it would be very hard work to me to make the Violins but I hope to make violins by myself.

My friend who is very good at computer programming. he gave me an IC tip called AVR in this IC he wrote electronic keyer program. I made an Electronic Keyer using this IC.　You can see the movie of this keyer by klicking the URL written above .

鯉のぼり Carp Streamers

今日は５月５日の子供の日です。気持ちの良い晴天に恵まれていつもの散歩道には鯉のぼりがかかっていました。天気が良すぎて風がないので鯉は泳がずに垂れ下がっていましたが風が来れば元気よく泳ぐでしょう。

It is May 5th today the childrens day. The weather is so beautiful and I found the carp streamers on the way of my usual walking path. The sky is so beautiful and the carps are all in idle situation though they have no wind. When they have wind they will  soon get vigorous swiming.
