縦振り電鍵「Ｓａｘｏｐｈｏｎｅ」試作品　通算製作番号　Ｎｏ.731が完成しました。非常にシンプルな機構で電鍵本体はＭ4のネジ１本で台座に固定されているだけです。バネはステンレスの棒バネ０．８φです。配線は台座の底面に3ｍｍ幅で深さも3ｍｍの溝を掘って埋め込んであります。押し圧は適度な200ｇになるように調節してあるのでバネの調整機構はありません。
どうしてもバネ圧を変更したい場合はバネの太さの変更をすればＯＫです。Ｓａｘｏｐｈｏｎｅと命名したのはバネの機構をＳＡＸのトーンキーのバネの機構をヒントにして製作したからです。この電鍵は今年のハムフェアーでの自作品コンテストに応募する予定です。

A vertical swinging (hitting) CW key has completed. The serial number is 731. This is constructed on a acrilic plate and fixed with only one M4 svrew. Design is very simple, this time I used a very thin stainless straight rod type spring instead of the usual coil spring.
The spring is only 0.8mm diameter I dig a 3mm small ditch for electlic wiring under the 10mm thick transparent acrilic plate. The push down force of the lever is adjusted about 200g as it is the best force for operation of the key. The spring force should be adjusted by replacing another thickness spring because this key has no adjusting mecahnism due to make it the to be very simple. This idea flashed into my mind when I saw a saxophone's tone key spring mechanism. This is the reason why I named this key as [Saxophone]. I entry to the Hand Made Goods Contest in Ham Fair held by JARL(Japan Amateur Radio League) in this summer with this hand made (home brew) key.
