アルミの薄板を綺麗に切る方法(How to cut thin alminum plate beautifully)

アルミニュームなどの薄い板を挟みなどで切ると曲がってしまいます。鋸刃で切ると切断面がギザギザになるのでヤスリなどで仕上げる必要があります。綺麗に切るにはまず2～3ｍｍ程度大きく切ります。これは鋸刃で切っておいても構いません。その後で罫書き線を書いてからその線に沿って金鋸で切ります。切り片が右側になる状態で切ります。すると細い切り片は丸まって行き、切断した板は平らなままで曲がらず、また切断面も綺麗になります。

When we cut a thin aluminum plate using a pair of scissors the plate will be bended. Cutting by a metal saw blade the edge will be very rough so it must be finished by some fine files. Then how to cut the thin plate beautifully without bending ? First cut the plate roughly remaining small edge beside the cutting line using metal saw or something like this and then cut the remained small edge by a pair of scissors as shown in the video. The cut edge will be very smooth and kept straight edge.
