研磨機バフの導入（Introducing a polishing machine)

製作している電鍵を研磨して綺麗に仕上げるために研磨機（通称バフ）を導入しました。購入したバフは直径が180ｍｍで軸部の内径が50ｍｍです。軸径が大きいのでアルミの丸棒から旋盤で削りだしてアダプターを作りました。バフは粗目の１番から超鏡面仕上げ用の４番まであります。これに研磨剤（白砥や赤砥）を付けて研磨します。

I bought some polishing disks made of urethane sponge. The size of the polishing disk is 180mm in diameter. However the center hole of the disk is 50mmφ very large. So I made an adapter disk made of alminum and fixed it on the motor shaft shown in the picture. I also bought some polishing compound blocks so called white bar and red bar. Those of white is for ruff polishing and the red one is for final finishing like mirror surface finishing.
