またくだらない実験！「A ridiculous experiment again」

Ｙｏｕｔｕｂｅを見ていたらスライド式のサックスがあることを知りました。そこでピストン式の楽器（トランペット）にもサックスのマウスピースを付けたらどうなるかと考えて実験してみました。トランペットに付けるためのアダプターはジュラコン樹脂を使って旋盤で削りだしました。

音程は旨く合わせられませんがかなり低音が出てバリトンサックスのようです。高い音に共鳴するとかなり良い音が出ました。

When I was watching the youtube I realized there are some slide type saxophones. Then I thought it must be interesting to put a SAX mouspiece into a trumpet. I made an adapter for inseting a SAX mousepiece into the trumpet. it was rather difficult to make some musical interval but it sounded some very low tones like a baritone SAX. When it resonate in high tone it made some beautiful tones.
