ＳＡＸリペアー進行状況その6（ＳＡＸ Ｒｅｐａｉｒ Ｎｏ.6）

ＳＡＸの新しいタンポが入荷したのでタンポを取り付けてＳＡＸを組み立てました。組み立ての順番が非常に大事で順番を間違えると次の部品が付けられません。何度もやり直しをしてやっと組上がりました。あとはタンポの調整と各レバーのストロークの調整です。

新品のＳＡＸと比べると磨くのにサンドペーパーを使ったためにあまり艶が良くありませんがそれでも最初の錆びた状態とくらべるととても綺麗になりました。

I received the new tone hole pads then I put them on each lever and reassembled. It was very difficult to put those parts on correct places. The parts must be assembled in correct order or I should say in turn otherwise the parts could not be assemble. I have tried so many times and then I realized the assembling order. Finally I have to adjust all lever strokes and adjust the tone hole pads tightly close on the tone holes. The luster of this old Sax is not good because I used sand paper to rub off the rust.
