小さなスプーンでＯＫ（A little spoon is useful)

ＳＡＸのトーンレバーには指を当てる所に通常は貝殻から作った指貝という物が付いています。Ｐａｄを加熱する場合この指貝が焦げてしまうので加熱時は保護する必要があり、これにも専用の指貝に被せる専用の工具があります。しかしこれは小さなスプーンで代用することができます。なるべくステンレス製のスプーンが熱電導が少ないので良いと思います。

Some tone levers have finger pad shaped like small button  made of shell. So when we want to heat pad with torch the button must be protected from heat. There is a special tool for this use but a little spoon is just good for this purpose. A spoon made of stainless steel is much better because heat conduction is very slow or I should say small.
