銃弾の修正装置の製作(Bullet adjuster ?)

競技用に使う空気銃の銃弾を精度良く修正する装置の製作を依頼されました。弾は鉛でできており生産工程では寸法の精度にバラツキが生ずるので競技の的に命中する精度に影響が出るそうです。弾には多種類があるようですが今回使うのは外形が4.5ｍｍφです。
修正装置の構造は鉄でできた筒上のもので内径が4.5ｍｍの穴が開けてあり、その穴に銃弾を押し込むと外形がぴったり4.5ｍｍになって出てくるというものです。内部の穴は２段になっていて入口は4.8ｍｍあるので弾はすっぽりと入り出口の部分が4.5ｍｍになっていてここで修正される訳です。ドリルで穴を開けるときには最初から4.5ｍｍのビットで開けるとドリルビットが振動して穴径が大きくなってしまいます。精度良く開けるのは先ず3.5ｍｍ位から徐々に径を0.5ｍｍ4づつ大きくして最終的に4.5ｍｍで回転数を下げて開けます。こうすることでピッタリと4.5ｍｍφの穴が精度よく開けられます。

I was asked to make a bullet adjuster for air gun of competition. The bullet to be used in thecompetition air gun must be made in very much precisely because the preciseness of the bullet will be greately infulence to hit parcentage to the mark. The bullet can be adjusted very prcisele passing through this bullet adjuster. The inside diameter of the adjuster is 4.5φ. The outside size of the bullet is just a little bit bigger than 4.5φ and inot even quality.It is very difficult to make a hole precisely in 4.5φbecause when we make hole using just 4.5φdrill the drill will viblate and this viblation cause the hole a bit larger than 4.5φ. So the drill must be driven very slowly to avoid the viblation.

レバーが動かない固定式レバーの電鍵「Fixed lever Morse Code Key」

この電鍵はレバーが台座に固定されていて全く動きません。指宛板には銅板が２枚づつ左右に貼り付けてあり、これがトランジスターのベースとコレクターにつながっています。コレクターには約4.5Ｖの電圧をかけてあり、２枚の板の電極を指で触ると指の皮膚の電気抵抗を通じてベースに電圧がかかりＯＮになります。

The lever of this key is fixed on the base plate then the lever donot move. The lever has two poles made of thin copper on both side of the key lever. One pole is conncted to transisiters base and the other is connected to colector of the transisiter and about 4.5V DC voltage is applied to the colector pole. When finger(thumb) touched on the left poles a little electric current will applied to transisters base pole through the skin of the thumb.Also the right side ples of the lever a little current will flow to the base ple in the same way through index finger. Thus this key can opelate the Morse code even the lever does not move but just touching on the lever.

Ｓｏｌｅｉｌの復活（Soleil has returned)

両側の電極を短絡すればシングルレバーパドルとして使える電鍵「Ｓｏｌｅｉｌ」が復活しました。この電鍵を長く使用してオナーズロールを取得した方やこの電鍵が静かで大変気に入っているという方も多いのでしばらく作っていませんでしたが復活させてみました。この電鍵は10ｍｍ角の四角棒をレバーとして先端部の幅は0.5ｍｍほど手前側の軸の部分より薄くなっています。この両側を焼き入れ鋼（バネ）で挟んでおり、先端の１０φのアース電極ポストを抱き込むように挟んでいます。従ってレバーの中点の位置が非常に安定しています。電極はバネを介しての接触なので当たりが柔らかでとても静かです。この８７７号では電極部分に燐青銅の９φの丸い板を半田付けして接触不良を起きにくいように改良しました。バネの反力はレバーに取り付けてあるアジャスターで調整ができます。

カバー付きのストレートキー「a straight key with a dust cover」

台座にケヤキを使ったストレートキー「Ａｐｈｒｏｄｉｔｅ　Ｎｏ.875号」です。今回はレバーを少し短めに作りダストカバーを付けてみました。ダストカバーの背が高くなってしまいましたがかなり高級感がありとても打ちやすい感じになったようです。

The pcture shows a straight key named 「Aphrodite No.875」mounted on a zelkova tree base plate.This time i use a little bit shortened lever and I put a dust cover made of acrylic plate. The dust cover is too high however, I think it looks very high quality key　and very comfortable.

レバーが動かない電鍵？「A CW Key with fixed lever」

最近開発された圧力センサーを２枚使ってレバーが全く動かない電鍵の実験をしてみました。圧力センサーは荷重のない状態では1ＭΩ位の抵抗値があり100ｇをかけると数ＫΩ程度まで瞬時に抵抗値が下がります。20ｇ程度でも30Ｋオーム程度までに下がります。トランジスターのベースにこれを接続して数Ｖの電圧をかけておくとセンサーをちょっと押すだけでトランジスターがＯＮになって通常のキーの接点が閉じたときと同じ状態になります。

実験では机の上にセンサーを置いて指で押すことで実験しました。

I want to make starnge key. The lever of this key does not move just fixed ! ? I tried to use a newly developed very sensitive pressure sensor. I shows more than 1Mohms when pressure is none but at about 100g pressure the resistance suddenly decreased to about 30kohms. At only 20g pressure resistance will go down to 30kohms. Connecting this sensor to the base terminal of a transistor with few volts power the transistor can be ON when just touch on the sensor.

On the trial experiment I put those sensors on the desk and softly pushed them. I think I can make a key with fixed lever. You can see the demonstrationmovie by clicking the URL above.

新型縦振り電鍵「Ｍｏｎｉｃａ」登場！「A new type Straight Key Monica」

新型の縦振り電鍵（ストレートキー）を開発しました。命名は「Ｍｏｎｉｃａ」と付けました。通算の製作番号はＮｏ.876号になります。この電鍵はレバーを短くするために軸を先端に取り付け、上部に板を取り付けてこれをベースにしてコイルバネでレバーを引き上げるようにし、更にストッパーによってレバーの上死点を設定できるようにしました。接点は一番手前側にしてアクリルベースに埋め込むようにしました。つまみが黒なので全体のアクセントをつけるためフィンガーレストはカーマインの色で華やかさを付けてみました。打鍵フィーリングは静かでやわらかい感じです。

I made a new type straight key. I named this key as 「Ｍｏｎｉｃａ」which is one of my fried's name. The serial number is 876. I positioned the pivot on the top front of the base so that to make the lever short. I put a small plate on the top of the pivot pillars and install the spring holder and upper point stop screw on it. I put a red collered finger rest plate to make the key gorgeous because the knob is black.
