魚の形の楊枝立てを作りました。（A fish shaped tooth pick stand

工作に使って余った材料を捨てるのはもったいないので魚の形をした楊枝立てを作ってみました。楊枝を魚の骨に見立ててあります。これで食卓が華やかになるかな？！

I made a fish skeleton type tooth pick stand as shown above. The tooth picks are just suitable to be the small bones for the fish.I used a odds and ends of materials for my craft work.

縦振り電鍵「ストレートキー」を作りました。名称はＨｅｌｉｏｓで今回はケヤキの台座を使っています。接点はレバーの前方に位置しておりレバー側は0.5ｍｍ厚の燐青銅板を取り付けてあり上部の電極は５φのボルトの先端を尖らせてあります。バネは１．０φのステンレスの線バネを使用しています。１０φのベアリングを軸受に使用しているので滑らかなフィーリングです。底面には1.5ｍｍ厚のゴムシートと1.5ｍｍ厚のステインレスの板が取り付けてあり重量が860ｇもあるので安定しています。

I made the Helios straight key again but this time I used a Zelkova wood base instead of the marble stone. The contact point is located on the top of the lever and the the upper contact bolt is sharpened it's end the other contact is a 0.5mm thin plate made of phosphorus copper inserted into the top of the lever. The pivot is suported by 10φ bearings thus it is very smooth when operate. I put a 1.5mm thick rubber plate and same 1.5mm thick stainless steel plate under the bottom of the wood base. This key is very stable due to heavy weight of 860g.

IAMBIC型パドル「Ｖｉｃｔｏｒｉａ Ｎｏ.926」の製作

しばらく作っていなかったＩＡＭＢＩＣ型のパドル「Ｖｉｃｔｏｒｉａ」通算製作番号Ｎｏ.926号を作ってみました。レバーが薄くて細長いのでしなやかな感触です。このパドルは長時間の運用でも疲れにくいと感じます。真鍮部材は磨いてからプライマー処理をし、その後でクリアーラッカーをかけてあるので真鍮の輝きが維持され、ます。

ダストカバーが付いているので汚れません。

I didn't make the IAMBIC type paddle for a bit long time so I made a (victoria) No.926.
The lever is long and thin so it is rather flexible when operate so it is good for the long time operation. The surface of the blass parts will not be darken because I put clear lacquer to prevent from rusting.

高校時代の友人たちとのクリスマスパーティー

１２月１７日（土）午後６時から関内にあるカフェー「コーヒー大学院」を貸し切りにして高校の同級生たちの音楽好きが集まってクリスマスコンサートを行いました。ピアノ、ギター、クラリネット、ウクレレ、ハーモニカ、リコーダー、など多彩な楽器が集まりました。私はアルトサックスで参加しました。定番のクリスマスソングや演歌などが演奏され、関東学院らしく讃美歌も演奏されました。私は「夜霧よ今夜も有難う」他３曲を披露しました。昔の親しい仲間との演奏は楽しいものです。

On December 17th we had a enjoyable Christmas concert with my high school mates. It was held in a cafe (coffee graduate school) in Kannnai Yokohama. We reserved a hall in the cafe from 6 to 9 in the evening.They brought so many kind of musical instrument such as guiter, ukulele,clarinet,harmonica and recorder. We enjoyed christmas songs and others. I played 4 songs by my alt saxophpne.

ストレートキー「Ａｐｈｒｏｄｉｔｅ」Ｎｏ.925号

ストレートキー「Ａｐｈｒｏｄｉｔｅ」をまた製作してみました。通算製作番号は９２５号になります。欅の台座に構築し、底面には1.5ｍｍ厚のゴムシートと1.5ｍｍ厚のステンレス板が取り付けてあり、更にシリコンゴム座が付いているので机上でピタッと安定します。打鍵のフィーリングは硬めの感じなのでＣＷをこれから始められる人が１対３の符号構成要素をしっかりと練習するには最適な電鍵です。

I made a straight key named Aphrodite again.The serial production number is 925. I used a zelkova wood for the base and I put a 1.5mm thick rubber sheet and 1.5mm thick stainless ｓｔｅｅｌ plate under the base. and also I put three silicon rubber cushions under the base so it is very stable when keying. The keying touch is some what hard therefor it is very good to plactice to learn 1:3 morse code elements for the bigginers.

Ｈｅｌｉｏｓの小型版を作ってみました。(I made a small Helios)

ストレートキー「Ｈｅｌｉｏｓ」の小型版を作ってみました。今まではケヤキまたは大理石をベースとして使いましたが今回は12ｍｍ厚のステインレススティール（幅65、長さ120ｍｍ）でつくりました。重量が1130ｇもあるのでどっしりと安定しています。

接点は下側のレバーに0.5ｍｍの燐青銅板をつけ、上部は5ｍｍφのネジの先端を尖らせてあります。

I made a small type straight key named Helios. In the past days I used marble stones and zelkova tree for the bases but this time I used a stainless steel for the base. The ｓｔｅｅｌ is 12mm thick 65mm width and 100mm in length. The weight is 1130g so it is very stable on the desk. I installed a 0.5mm thin phosphorus copper plate for the contact point located on the top of the lever. I sharpened the other side of the contact point.
