サイレントチェロ（エレキチェロ）を作ってみました。

以前にエレキチェロをつくってみたのですがその時はチェロ（4/4）の全体の寸法が解らなかったので弦が長くなっていたので調律がうまく出来ませんでした。今回は全体の寸法を確認し、ペグと指板はベースギターのネックを利用して作りました。ギター用の指板なのでフレットが付いていたのでそれを全て取り去って平らな指板にしました。指板は中央部が凸になっていますがギター用なのでほとんど平らです、しかし高音部の弦を抑えることはあまりないのでこのままでＯＫとしました。

I made un electronic cello few months ago but I failed to adjust the tone frequency because the measure was not good for the cello. This time I found all measure to be a good cello and I used an old junc base guiter neck board within the pegs. I removed all frets to make the finger board flat. I think the center portion of the finger board must be little bit swelled but the guiters board is almost flat. However, i do not push high tone portion so this time I don't care about it.

トランジスターＤｉｐ Ｍｅｔｅｒの製作

電界効果トランジスター（通称ＦＥＴ）を使ってＤｉｐ　Ｍｅｔｅｒを製作しました。既にＤＥＬＩＣＡというメーカー製のＤｉｐ　Ｍｅｔｅｒがあるので必要は無いのですがちょうど良いバリコンが入手できたので作ってみました。ＦＥＴは2ＳＫ439というＵＨＦまで使える物を使いました。コイルは6本構成で1.5ＭＨｚから約120ＭＨｚまでをカバーします。ダイアルは手書きなのであまり恰好が良くありません。ケースにはカウンター用の出力端子をつけたので周波数が直読できます。メーターが大きいのでＤＥＬＩＣＡの物より使い易くなりました。

I made two dip meters using field effect transistor so called FET.  I have already DELICA's one so I didn't need to make the dip meter but I got very nice variable air condensers (Vari-con) so I made the dip meters. I used a 2SK439 FET which is abalable to use for UHF band. The coils are constructed with 6 coils covering 1.5MHz up to about 120MHz. I wrote the dial scale by my free hand then the outlook of it is not good. I put a counter out put terminal on the case so the frequency can be read out directry. It is very nice to use as the meter is very large so it is much easier to use it than DELICA's one.
