古いアルトサックスのリペアー7本目（経過報告その1）

今日はアルトサックス（Ｊｕｐｉｔｅｒ）を全分解してから本体を洗浄して、今乾燥中です。錆でネジが3か所外れなくて苦労しました。この問題はトーンレバーの取り付けポストごと、半田をはずしてポストを外し、それからネジをペンチではずしてからポストを元の位置に半田付けするという荒業を使って解決しました。ネジは痛んだので新品に交換します。写真は洗浄してから物干し竿に通して乾燥させているところです。

Today I took all parts apart from the Sax. And then I washed the main body. Now I put it on a rack for drying clothes. It was very troublesome to take off three small screws because of sticked due to heavy rust. So I used a burner to heat the bottom of the tone lever support post to remove it. I took off the screw by a pinch. The screws are damaged so I will replace them with new one. This method would be a very rough technique.!
